FINAL ENTRY AND GOING HOME

Well thats about it, we have traveled from Cambodia to Singapore and done a lot of miles, 3500 miles.......seen lotsa sites and amazing things, Now its time to go home as the rains are getting more frequent and its no fun driving when wet and cold. So......thats it people, were all going home.

still a few pics to upload yet to finish off.
Then start planning next years adventure, maybe Vietnam or something like that, tell you later....
Also save some more cash for the journey's as we have spent a LOT phew !!!

KUALA LUMPOR TO SINGAPORE

NOW THAT WAS A RIDE, BUT NOT A LOT TO SEE, VISITED SOME OLD 1960's HAUNTS AND THAT WAS IT.
SINGAPORE YOU NEED A BOX FULL OF MEMORY CARDS FOR THE CAMERAS, SOOO MUCH TO SEE AND EVEN THEN YOU NEED MORE TIME.
FABULOUS PLACE EVEN THOUGH ITS SO CLEAN AND SANITIZED NOW.
NOT LIKE BEFORE WHEN THERE WAS KAMPONGS (SMALL BARANGAYS) AND JUNGLE NOW THEYRE ALL GONE.

BUT A VACATION NOT TO BE MISSED, SO CAMERA AT THE RAEDY, TIGER BEER IN HAND ...LETS GO......................

Cambodia has nothing to offer except the Angkor Wat site, its really just a country so poor that the people are only after your money and then they "Forget" you...doesnt that sound familiar??

So we are moving on to Thailand where the people are so much friendlier and good english to. Cambodia NO Freaking English Phew......

Well we are doing 300 miles a day (we hope) when in Thailand, unless there is something to seee or do, then we can stop for a while and enjoy the...ahem..well .hmmm ..............BEER thats it hahaha and of course the friendly girls, i mean people...

New Long Ride from Cambodia to Singapore via Thailand

This is our last journey before the rainy season, and then its the long wait until next year, thats if we ride Asia again, have to think on that one. We're sort of got a "itchy foot" now that we have started so maybe that we will think of something, but tht will have to wait for a while.

we have about 2500 miles to get over with whatever that brings us, and of course sights to be seen and photographed.As long as there is BEEERR and some pretty girls along the way we will be ok.............

Well its on the Plane Friday and all kit and bikes packed and sorted out. Then its Butt Busting time again, but were used to it now..........hhmmmm

THE END

The Dream is Over

well the dream is over, all that remains are the memories and the 300 plus photos that i have posted here. But the memories live on............
We will be coming back to this area again, not sure when perhaps next year just to visit our friends.

another Ride into the wild blue yonder is on the books as we are planning another trip now, just not quite sure where as yet. But it will be done and soon.........
One of the benefits of being "Retired" and ready to go.

The Road of Danger and Wrecks

This is the entrance to the long road that goes down the Skeleton Coast, however you cannot enter if you do Not have 2 litres of water and 1 1/2 days of food. Thats your "Emergency" rations if you get into problems.

KTM 950cc Adventurer

Having now rode the "Orange Beast" for several weeks, I am totally impressed with it, so........I shall buy the "Silver" one when i get back home. Its an amazing bike that goes "Anywhere". Then as it will be bought in the UK i wont ship it here.....too expensive to ship
